Administration GuidelinesDepending on your vaccination program, the vaccine can be given as early as 1 day old (primary dose) or at 14–21 days of age. Drinking Water: Withhold water for 2–4 hours prior to vaccination to ensure birds are thirsty. Reconstitute the 1,000 doses in non-chlorinated, cool water (adding 0.2% - 0.4% skimmed milk powder helps stabilize the vaccine). Ensure all birds consume the water within 1 to 2 hours.Eye Drop (Intraocular): Reconstitute 1,000 doses with the manufacturer-supplied diluent (typically 30–40 mL) and apply one drop to the eye.
